Lisa Rizzo, RDH - Dental Hygienist
As graduate of Middlesex Community College, I earned my degree in Dental Hygiene with honors. I am licensed to practice dental hygiene as well as administer local anesthesia. Prior to taking this position in November 2007, I was a patient at Dr. Hjorth's practice for 8 years. Over time the majority of my large family and many friends have also become patient's of Dr. Hjorth.
As a hygienist my focus is on the prevention of disease and patient education while stressing the direct correlation between oral health and the rest of the body. It is also my goal to help those many individuals struggling with dental fear and anxiety to find a safe and comfortable place to receive quality dental care.
