Anna Lazarus - Dental Assistant
Hello I’m Anna , one of Dr. Hjorth’s assistants. I have worked with Dr. Hjorth since February 2001. I went to dental assisting school and graduated with honors and have been to many continuing education courses since then to keep up to date in the field. I’ve learned much of what I know from working at Dr. Horth’s office. He is a good person, a great teacher and a remarkable dentist. One of my fondest memories working with Dr. Hjorth is when we volunteered our time for one day on the MAC Van. The Mobile Access to Care (MAC) Van was a three year program focused on the oral health needs of the states underserved children. During the three year project the MAC Van traveled to those communities throughout Massachusetts providing free health care to low income children. It was a pleasure and a joy to help those children in need. I originally went into to the dental field because it was different and sounded interesting but I quickly fell in love with treating patients and being part of a wonderful team.
