Odyssey Dental Laser Treatment
The Odyssey® Diode Lasers are dentistry’s most user-friendly soft tissue lasers to date. Lasers such as this one are mainly used for small dental procedures such as the gentle removal of excess gum tissue. Some of the advantages of using laser vs. a traditional surgical approach include in many cases, less discomfort and better healing. In some patients, the laser can even be used to treat deep gingival (gum) pockets that harbor bacteria and can cause gum disease.
