In keeping with our mission to make your visits with us faster, safer and less intrusive we have added the state of the art CEREC 3D. What this means is that we can now in a single visit replace a significantly damaged tooth with an exact duplicate piece or crown bringing your tooth back to the correct anatomy.
The CEREC 3 unit uses a mobile PC that is designed specifically for dental applications. The entire unit is comprised of a LCD monitor, a precision 3D camera and a dedicated milling unit. The CEREC is the number one system in the world that is dedicated for the fabrication of all ceramic dental restorations in a single visit.
With Dr. Hjorth utilizing the state of the art CEREC equipment - in just one visit you will receive a permanent ceramic crown, on-lay, or veneer. For you the patient you will experience fewer injections, less preparation, less drilling and the bottom-line – less time at the dentist’s office!
